What You'll Do on a Shift
Most of your shift is spent on the phone with American trucking companies, during their business day.
Call Carriers
Call owner-operators and small fleets across the US who need a reliable dispatcher.
Explain Our Service
Walk them through how dispatch works, what we handle for them and what it costs.
Answer Questions
Handle objections with confidence and build trust over the phone.
Collect Documents
Gather the carrier's MC authority, W-9, insurance certificate and payment details.
Hand Over to Dispatch
Pass signed carriers to our dispatch team, and follow up so they stay with us.

Trucking Basics
USDOT and FMCSA, who carriers and brokers are, and how a load moves from pickup to delivery.

Shippers, brokers, carriers, dispatchers, receivers, factoring companies and insurance companies.
The Paperwork
MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, notice of assignment, carrier packets, rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof of delivery.
Industry Terms
Detention, layover, TONU, lumper fees, deadhead, loaded miles, dedicated lanes, hazmat, FTL and LTL.

Questions Candidates Ask
Do I need experience?
Yes. The Sales Agent role needs at least 6 months of work experience. If you have less, send your details anyway and we'll keep you in mind for future openings.
What are the working hours?
6 PM to 3 AM, Pakistan time, Monday to Friday. Those hours line up with the US business day, when our clients are working.
Are weekends off?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday are off.
Can I work from home?
No. This role is onsite at our office in Faisal Town, Lahore, near FAST University.
How much can I earn?
You get a basic salary plus bonuses. With bonuses, agents can earn 100k+ rupees.
Do I need to know US trucking already?
It helps, but it isn't required. We train you on the US trucking industry, its paperwork and its terms.
How good does my English need to be?
Fluent. You'll speak with American business owners on the phone every shift.
