Center Valley Dispatch is an IT-enabled services company. We work for the US trucking industry, where most trucks belong to small companies and owner-operators who need help with the work that happens off the road.
Our team finds and books freight, negotiates with freight brokers, onboards new trucking companies, and handles the documents, invoices and claims that every load creates. All of this is delivered online, as an export of IT-enabled services.

Our Operating Model
Our clients work US business hours, so we do too. Our shift runs 6 PM to 3 AM, Pakistan time, Monday to Friday, which covers the US business day.
The whole team works onsite at our office, with full-time staff in every role. Work is organized into four service lines: dispatch operations, carrier onboarding, documentation and billing support, and carrier support. See each service.

Our Team
We hire English-speaking professionals and train them on the US trucking industry: how loads move, the documents involved and the language brokers and carriers use. Team members receive a basic salary plus performance bonuses, with weekends off.
